The rectification of warranty defects on sections of the road network at the Sliven Industrial Park has begun. These activities are being carried out following the insistence of the company’s management. As the site is still within its warranty period, the repairs are being performed entirely at the expense of the contractor. In this way, the identified defects are being rectified without any financial commitment from the client. The Sliven Industrial Park continues to attract strong interest from investors. The first sale of a plot has already been completed, and a tender procedure is underway for a second plot. This is a clear sign that the zone is establishing itself as a promising location for the development of manufacturing, logistics, and other investment projects. The plots in the newly built park are fully serviced with new roads, street lighting, electricity, water supply, gasification, and telecommunications.
