LOCATION, TERRITORY

Sliven Industrial Park includes a group of land properties on the north and south sides of the former Burshen Airport.

The total area of the „Sliven Industrial Park“ is 2,684,090 sq.m – the third largest registered park in Bulgaria by the end of 2023.

The park will be built in three stages: Stage I: North Zone, Stage II: Southeast Zone, Stage III: Southwest Zone

DEVELOPMENT

The technical infrastructure will include the following elements: transport technical infrastructure, electricity supply, water supply and sewage, gasification and communication infrastructure.
