Development and implementation of plans and measures to ensure continuous operation of critical infrastructure systems within the park, including in emergency situations. Assessing the risks associated with climate change and updating the information on a regular basis; Developing and updating a system for collecting, registering and tracking compliance with local and national regulations and international standards applicable to the Industrial Park; Monitoring water quality and wastewater pollution. Development of measures to avoid the generation of waste, as well as measures for reuse, recycling and converting it into energy. Environmental monitoring and control of emissions, noise levels, air quality, unpleasant odors, soil and groundwater pollution. Management of environmental and energy management systems (ISO standards). Systematization and storage of data related to relevant systems. Development and implementation of a strategy to limit greenhouse gases;

Identifying investors, including sales

Sale and rental of properties and allocation of plots. Provide support in determining optimal location based on infrastructure needs, services, risk profile, need for industrial synergies.

Marketing and Partnerships

Building an IP identity. Creation and update of newsletter, brochure, website, corporate presentations. Preparation and dissemination of reports on the status of project implementation; Identifying and communicating with potential investors. Direct marketing. Maintenance of the industrial park

Management and maintenance of the internal technical infrastructure owned by the owner of the industrial park, in accordance with the technical requirements determined by the applicable regulations for the relevant elements of the technical infrastructure; Snow removal, periodic washing and cleaning of the infrastructure; Maintenance and desaccharization of the green areas, including provision of fuel, maintenance and consumables for the garden equipment for the green areas; Security, video surveillance and alarm and security equipment; Maintenance of parking lots and facilities for employees and guests; Maintenance of parking and facilities for heavy goods vehicles; Maintenance of the Park fence; Management of office space, testing laboratories, conference and exhibition hall. Data center management and additional information and communication technology infrastructure.
