The construction of the infrastructure on the territory of “Sliven Industrial Park” is planned to be implemented in stages in the following sequence:
At the strategic planning stage, the industrial park is planned to be developed in stages

This will allow minimizing risks and better managing them, as well as deploying a realistic plan for financing the park’s investment program. The investment program in stage I of the development of the park includes the construction of internal technical infrastructure in the North Zone, which has a territory of about 452 decares. The construction of the Southeast Zone (533 decares) and the Southwest Zone (38.3 decares) is a future stage that will follow the saturation of the North Zone with investors and/or the meeting of an investment intention that requires the placement of a production/logistics base in one of the other zones. The technical infrastructure will include the following elements: transport technical infrastructure, electricity supply, water supply and sewage, gasification and communication infrastructure.
