The total area of the “Sliven Industrial Park” is 2,684,090 sq.m – the third largest registered park in Bulgaria by the end of 2023.
Sliven Industrial Park covers a group of land properties on the north and south sides of the former Burshen airport, which allows the development of the park to be divided into stages, while preserving the purpose of the existing airport runways and motor track.

Zone North

The properties on the north side of the airport form a “Zona Sever” group. The North area has a total area of 452,095 sq.m. and covers the districts from No. 1 to No. 6 designated by the Detailed Development Plan of the Industrial Park, as well as a system of collecting and service streets.

South East Zone

The properties on the south-east side of the airport form a group ” South East Zone”. The group has a total area of 533,424 sq.m. and covers the districts from #9 to #13 and from #15 to #17 designated by the Detailed Development Plan of the Industrial Park, as well as a system of collection and service streets.

Southwest Zone

The group of properties in the “Southwest Zone” group covers the properties in a development zone of the mainly production type in district 14 and has a total area of 38,322 sq. m.

Airport and motorbike track

The properties in districts #7 and #8 form a group with the name “Airport and motorbike track “. The total area of this group is 1,660,249 sq m. The height of the buildings is limited to 14.50 m, due to the fact that they are located in close proximity to the runway and grass areas. The building ratio is 80%.

DEVELOPMENT
