“Sliven Industrial Park” is located on the territory of the city of Sliven and borders to the west with road II-53 of the republican road network, which connects the park with two large urban agglomerations – those of Sliven and Yambol.

The transport connectivity of the park creates good conditions for the attraction of labor resources from settlements located at a distance that allows daily movement for the purpose of work. A total of 302,000 people live within 45 minutes of the industrial park, of which 160,000 are between the ages of 20 and 64.

Road II-53 connects the Sliven Industrial Park with the Trakia highway, located 17 km away from the border of the park with the republic road. Access to the Trakia highway, respectively to Pan-European Transport Corridor No. 8 and through it to Corridors No. 4 and No. 9, allows for the rapid movement of employees and input resources, lower transport costs and shortening the response time and reaching the end customer.

The Trakia highway also provides convenient access for investors to the major ports in the country and Bulgaria’s neighboring countries, as the port of Burgas is 113 km away from the park, and the port of Alexandroupolis in Greece – 308 km.

The railway crossing the borders of the industrial park creates opportunities to connect with the Orient/East-Med freight rail corridor.

“Industrial Park Sliven” will function as an industrial park type A – general, in which there is no specialization of production activities. The territory of the park is divided into 17 independent neighborhoods, with a system of collecting and service streets.
