Sliven Industrial Park will function as an industrial park type A – common, in which there is no specialization of production activities. The location of the park is extremely favorable for meeting the expectations of investors. The large labor market and excellent transport connectivity make the location extremely suitable for the development of a successful industrial park.

The detailed layout plan of the Sliven Industrial Park envisages the separation of 17 independent neighborhoods, with a system of collection and service
streets.

Pursuant to the Agreement for the assignment of activities for the operation of “Industrial Park Sliven”, the operator of the park is “Industrial Park Sliven” EOOD, a public enterprise, the sole owner of which is the Municipality of Sliven.
